Sociability provides a safe and welcoming environment for people who are experiencing mental health, chronic illnesses and isolation. Sociability provides the ideal place to meet and make friends. Sociability is built upon equality and acceptance of others. Every person who attends or works at Sociability has had or still endures some sort of ill health condition. Sociability provides the opportunity to build upon the abilities of self-help.

Various Activities at Sociability are carefully thought out. Our psychotherapist works with lived experienced colleagues to put together meaningful and useful sessions, which participants will benefit from. Peer support is throughout.
