Billericay Dementia Action Alliance

The Billericay Dementia Action Alliance is an action group of local support groups, businesses and residents who are working collaboratively to create a Dementia Friendly Community in Billericay. We provide support, advice and guidance to residents in need and signpost accordingly to other groups and services across the borough. We also work closely with local businesses to help make their services more dementia friendly and ultimately more accessible to residents. We work n partnership with the Basildon Dementia Action Alliance and the Brentwood DAA to ensure a consistent approach across the Basildon Borough and the wider Basildon and Brentwood NHS CCG. Our vision for the future is one in which: People living with dementia in Billericay are recognised as unique individuals who are actively shaping their lives and continue to play an important role in their local community.
