B3 - Bumps, Birth and Belonging CIC

B3-Bumps Birth and Belonging CIC is the specialist organisation that supports African, Caribbean and mixed heritage parents with all things related to pregnancy, birth and parenting. We are community driven to create safe spaces, improve mental and physical health outcomes, reduce isolation and learn from each other via our peer support system and regular drop-ins. We also offer 6 sessions of free counselling for mothers in our community living in Basildon, Thurrock and Clacton.
